SHIPPING/RETURN


All furniture sales are final. We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge, if notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Oeufnyc.com will exchange or refund all non-furniture orders within 14 days of purchase. If any of our non-furniture merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify Oeuf before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original oeuf.com sales receipt. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@oeufnyc.com within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.

All purchases of sales items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.


Return for Refund

If you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two weeks from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.

Return for Exchange

If you return merchandise for exchange within 14 days of delivery, you may make an exchange for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value available on this site.

Address to Use for Returns

Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.

Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials.

Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during the checkout procedure.

Please note that rates are subject to change without notice. Rates apply to shipping within the continental United States only.

Shipment notification will be sent via email with the tracking number and shipping information. For furniture orders, please track your shipment frequently in order to arrange to be home when it arrives.

IMPORTANT Orders that include a large item (dresser, twin bed, bunk bed) will ship via LTL freight. Large orders with of multiple furniture pieces that Oeuf deems necessary, will also ship via LTL freight. Your order will be delivered curbside and on a pallet. It is important to track your shipment so you will know when to expect delivery. In some parts of the country they will call to arrange a delivery appointment but unfortunately this is not the rule. You should arrange to have help in order to move the pieces to their final placement.

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the furniture, refuse delivery of the order and contact us immediately at (718) 965-1216. Please have your order number available when you call. Please note: oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States

SHIPPING TO CANADA & OTHER LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
At this time, we do not ship outside the contiguous United States. Please click here for a list of stores in Canada that carry our products.

DELIVERY TIME
Most often our furniture is in stock and available for immediate delivery. We generally ship items from our warehouse within three to four business days, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

Delivery times range of 1-7 business days from receipt of tracking information, depending on your location. Oeuf’s shipping center is located in Yardville, NJ; as such, Eastern states will have the benefit of closer proximity when shipping.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can select to send a package to ship with:
"Billing Address"—the same address as the billing address on your credit card. This information must be correct in order for your order to be processed.
"Shipping Address"—use as an alternate address or use this option to ship purchases to other locations. It is very important this is entered correctly and a phone number is included. Any additional charges imposed by the carrier caused by correcting an incorrect “ship to” address will be passed on to the purchaser.
