In line with fair trade principles, our artisans are paid a living wage, which enables them to afford healthcare and education for their children. This product is made from soft, luxurious baby alpaca wool which is hypoallergenic and eco-friendly.

Oeufnyc.com will exchange or refund all non-furniture orders within 14 days of purchase. If any of our non-furniture merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify Oeuf before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original oeuf.com sales receipt. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@oeufnyc.com within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
